Planning Applications
We provide a full range of services for those involved in the planning process. From gaining planning permission for our clients to making representations and handling appeals, we do it all.
Our experience includes major residential, retail, industrial, leisure and commercial projects – and, naturally, we understand the planning implications of major development proposals. We provide focussed and informed advice to give our clients the best chances of success as they interact with the planning system. And, where appropriate, we work with some of the best architects and designers available to ensure that our clients proposals and developments have the elusive (but oft quoted) ‘wow factor’.
Strategic Planning and Policy
Many of our clients are taking a long term view of the world. Which is good, because we love getting stuck into planning policy – analysing what it currently means and, maybe more importantly, assessing where it is going. In this way we can help our clients plan for the future, programme their developments and invest prudently in sites and premises. Our all round planning, regeneration and development experience means that we are ideally placed to interpret the likely impact of public sector initiatives and development programmes and what it will mean for the market. In this way, our vision creates opportunities for our clients.
Regeneration
We want to make places better. That’s why we found our way into this profession – and that really is the main reason we’re still in it. We are inspired by different places – how they look and how they work. We have designed and delivered regeneration projects and programmes in some of the most challenging environments – working with local people, businesses and organisations to ensure that the real needs of communities are understood and met.
Of course, one of the challenges inherent with regeneration is to compete successfully for scarce resources to support project activity. In this respect, we know how to make a little go a long way – and we know how to get funding bodies to take our clients’ projects seriously. We ‘talk the talk’ so that they have the money and support to ‘walk the walk’.
